60-day practice program
We have found that support after the retreat is important, to imprint this practice in your life.
After the retreat, you may voluntarily make commitments to join the practice program.
We form small groups, led by priests or senior practitioners, to support each other in the practice.
The fee is $180 ($3 per day.)
Consider offsetting your carbon footprint.
Whether you're flying or driving to the sesshin, your travel will emit carbon dioxide, the greenhouse gas most responsible for global warming. Buying a carbon offset to support an emissions-reduction project—such as capturing methane on a dairy farm or distributing efficient cookstoves in a developing country—can reduce your emissions by an equivalent amount. Many companies and nonprofits have websites where you can calculate your travel-related emissions and buy an offset. We suggest you look for one that is certified by Green-e or the Voluntary Carbon Standard (VCS). One such site is Native Energy.com.
